1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, for customers in the United States and internationally, worldwide.

  • Return window: Items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
  • Product condition: We accept new and slightly used products, including items that have been opened or lightly used. Items do not need to be in original, unused condition to qualify for a return.
  • Eligible products: All products across our full catalog, accessories, clocks, cooking essentials, furniture, lighting, and toys, are eligible for return under this policy.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us first. Send a return request to Support@azoraglam.store, including your order number and the reason for your return. All returns require approval before being shipped back.
  2. Receive your return label. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label, which you can download and print at home.
  3. Mail your item back. Pack the item securely and send it to our returns address:

  4. Confirmation. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email and begin processing your refund.

Returns sent without prior approval may experience delays in processing.

3. Return and Restocking Fees

Babliya does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns. Returns are accepted at no additional cost to the customer beyond what is outlined in this policy.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 12 days. Refunds are issued as store credit, in the same local currency used by the customer to place the original order.

5. Exchange Options

We’re happy to offer exchanges in addition to standard returns. If you’d like to exchange an item, follow the same process as a return, simply let us know in your email to Support@azoraglam.store that you’d prefer an exchange rather than a refund, and our team will guide you through the next steps.

6. Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, orders will have entered processing and can no longer be cancelled.

7. Payment Method Note

Babliya currently accepts Cash on Delivery as our payment method. Since no upfront card or online payment is collected, refunds for orders are issued as store credit rather than a reversed charge.
